SAVAX

Risk Warning

This notice cannot disclose all the risks associated with the products we make available to you. You should not invest in or deal in any financial product unless you understand its nature and the extent of your exposure to risk. You should also be satisfied that it is suitable for you in the light of your circumstances and financial position. Different investment products have varied levels of exposure to risks and to different combinations of risks. It is your responsibility to seek independent financial advice before placing any investment.

Part A – General Risks

All investments involve a degree of risk of some kind. This section describes some of the risks which could be relevant to the services we provide to you. We may provide further risk information during the course of our services to you, as appropriate.

Our services relate to certain investments whose prices are dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets outside our control. Investments and the income from them may go down as well as up and you may get back less than the amount you invested. Past performance is not a guide to future performance.

Our service is provided on an execution-only basis, which means we will not give you any form of investment advice or tax advice, or advise you about the merits of a particular transaction or otherwise. In providing our Services, we are not required to assess the suitability for you of the Investments or Services provided or offered and therefore you will not benefit from the protection of the FCA Rules on assessing suitability.

The Services offered by us and the Investments those services provide access to may not be suitable for you. If you have any doubts as to the merits of an investment, you should seek advice from an independent financial adviser who is authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to advise on such Investments.

Part B- Unregulated Collective

Investment Scheme Risks

We are an unregulated collective investment scheme which means we are not approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. While we endeavour to adhere to FCA guidelines, we are not held under their regulatory jurisdiction and therefore you as an investor are not necessarily protected by their authority, unless we have broken specific rules for unregulated entities.

This, however, does not mean you are unable to report us for malpractice to the FCA. According to FCA guidelines, if you believe we have promoted or sold you a UCIS that is not suitable for you or without fully explaining the risks, you can make a complaint firstly to us, then through the FCA complaints procedure if not resolved within 60 days.

As an unregulated collective investment scheme, we may use your funds for investments considered higher risk than regulated investments. Such high-risk activity includes but is not limited to trading in FX, derivatives, indices, and other unsecured investments. Investment endeavours are at the discretion of the directors of SAVAX Ltd and you do not have decision making control over what invested funds are used for. However, as per our overview documentation, funds will primarily be used for trading the foreign exchange and indices markets.

Part C-Trading Risk

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Utilising leverage from brokers can create larger gains, but equally greater risks.  Before placing an investment with SAVAX, you should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

When trading FX, indices, and commodities, the price of an investment will depend upon changes in the financial markets including supply and demand, investor perception and the prices of underlying investments or allied investments. As such, the price and value of an investment is dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets which are beyond anyone’s control.

SAVAX may occasionally engage with Emerging Markets where price volatility can be extreme and sudden. Price discrepancies may be common and unpredictable movements and are not uncommon. These markets may lack the transparency, liquidity, efficiency, market infrastructure and regulation found in more developed markets. They may also be subject to political risk.

Part D- Insolvency Risk

The insolvency or default of SAVAX Ltd, or that of any other brokers involved with transactions of SAVAX Ltd, may lead to positions being liquidated or closed. In certain circumstances, you may not get back the full and actual assets which you lodged and may need to accept a partial or total loss of your funds.
